SmartSpray provides agricultural drone management, flight tracking, field monitoring, analytics, and reporting tools for authorized users, including district agriculture officers, cooperative operators, and registered farmers.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for unlawful purposes or to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the platform. Prohibited actions include bypassing security controls, submitting false information, and using our services in violation of applicable laws or aviation regulations.
5. Mobile Application Terms
When using our mobile applications, you must also comply with the terms of the relevant app store, including the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We are not responsible for the policies, practices, or liabilities of these third-party platforms.

All content, design, software, and trademarks associated with SmartSpray are owned by SmartSpray Tech Private Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.
7. Data Accuracy and Reliability
We strive to provide accurate drone telemetry, map data, and analytics. However, you should verify important decisions against local field conditions and official guidance. We are not liable for losses caused by relying solely on automated reports.
8. Compliance and Legal Responsibility
Users are responsible for complying with applicable regulations, including DGCA requirements and local flight restrictions. You must obtain any required permits or permissions before operating drones in restricted areas.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartSpray is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. Our total liability for direct damages will not exceed the fees paid by you to SmartSpray in the 12 months prior to the claim.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the platform meets your specific requirements.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
